IPC Live Event Terms of Service

Below is a general list of terms and conditions pertaining to the live events conducted the India Poker Championship. This is not an exhaustive list. There may be additional terms which may be covered in a specific IPC edition’s event booklet available either online at www.indiapokerchampionship.com or in the form of a hard copy at the venue.

  • All players must carry a valid Pan card and valid ID proof with Age and Address proof in order to participate in IPC events. Only players who are 21 years and over are allowed to come onboard.
  • All tournaments are Re-entry unless otherwise specified.
  • All IPC tournaments will be subject to an Admin Fee.
  • Tournament winnings will be paid out in the casino. Players may also choose to receive their winnings via NEFT/RTGS bank transfer.
  • TDS is applicable on all winnings above INR 10,000. Players are advised to bring their PAN card in order to claim their winnings.
  • TDS shall be deducted on net winnings from every tournament during the IPC. TDS shall be filed at the end of the quarter and certificate to that effect shall be shared with the player. Further, the Player shall be responsible to compute and file their income tax return as per the law and the company shall have no responsibility whatsoever in any manner.
  • Force Majeure: We shall not be liable for any delay or failure in performing our obligations to you in terms of the offer of a guaranteed prize pool which is affected by way of such acts, events, omissions or accidents beyond our reasonable control including but not limited to acts of God, fire, explosion, accidental damage, flood, earthquake, adverse weather conditions or other natural disaster, war, threat of or preparation for war, terrorist attack, civil war, civil commotion, strikes or riots.
  • Total players for all events will be capped due to infrastructure constraints in the casino. However, IPC will strive to accommodate as many players as possible.
  • Tournament Structures may be modified at the last minute at the discretion of the Tournament Director should it be required.
  • Play will start at 10 handed if necessary, moving to 9 handed as soon as possible.
  • Tournament Director’s decision is final in all matters.
  • India Poker Championship and its host venue have the right to modify or cancel any event/rules at its discretion without giving any prior notice.
  • All videos, Images taken during the event will be used for live streaming and marketing purposes
  • The Company reserves the right to extend, cancel, discontinue, prematurely withdraw, change, alter or modify any term and condition(s) or any part thereof at its sole discretion at any time without providing any notice, reason or justification.
  • The decision of the Company with respect to all aspects of the term and condition shall be final and binding and no correspondence shall be entertained in this regard.
  • Any dispute, controversy or claim arising out of your use of the Platform and/or under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Mumbai, India.
